Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool, Milestones Professional, Microsoft Excel A level 2 employee Typically has 1-3 or more years of professional experience. This position is in Palmdale, CA. Click here to Discover Palmdale. Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions. Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. ## Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
- Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders ## Desired Skills
- Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration
- Experience with networked schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
- Experience with Schedule Performance Management Techniques, e.g. Earned Value Management
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
- Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
