The role requires strong partnership skills, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate training, compliance, reporting, and stakeholder communication in a complex environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead assigned program initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring improvement efforts stay aligned with organizational priorities and measurable business objectives.
  • Evaluate current workflows, define project boundaries, and document recommendations using structured problem-solving methods and standardized planning tools.
  • Establish timelines, goals, and deliverables in partnership with managers and key stakeholders to support successful implementation of program strategies.
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality expectations while reinforcing safe and compliant program practices.
  • Organize education sessions, competency reviews, and hands-on support related to equipment, supplies, and operational techniques for staff across relevant departments.
  • Review emerging equipment options, coordinate product evaluations, and provide informed recommendations regarding trials, replacement needs, and future purchases.
  • Conduct regular outreach in patient care and operational areas to offer consultation, reinforce program objectives, and support adoption of best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, program advocates, and external vendors to develop communication materials, maintain interdisciplinary coordination, and promote program awareness.
  • Track implementation results, maintain dashboards and supporting data, and present progress, risks, and outcome metrics to committees and senior leadership.
  • Coach team members and partner with operational leaders to strengthen internal capabilities, support change management, and advance continuous improvement efforts.
