Rancho Cucamonga, CA Pay Rate:
$46,000-$50,000 About the Role Sofive is looking for a Youth Programs Lead Coordinator to help lead and grow our Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute programs. This role is a mix of coaching, leadership, sales, customer service, and daily program operations. The right person is energetic, organized, professional, and passionate about creating a great experience for players, families, and coaches. What You'll Do Support registration growth for Lil' Kickers and Skills Institute. Help manage free trials, open houses, and new customer experiences. Track attendance, revenue, retention, and key program goals. Build strong relationships with families and players Program Operations Manage registrations, payments, attendance, and daily program communication. Keep equipment, uniforms, and program supplies organized. Make sure each session is clean, professional, and ready to run. Support facility needs connected to youth programming. Coach Leadership Help recruit, onboard, train, and mentor youth coaches. Observe classes and provide feedback to coaches. Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and coaching quality. Lead youth soccer classes when needed. What We're Looking For Passion for soccer and youth development. Coaching, youth programming, or sports leadership experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to stay organized in a fast moving environment. Positive, energetic, and professional attitude. Ability to lead and develop coaches.
