Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director to lead and oversee impactful community programs focused on public health, social welfare, and addiction recovery. In this role, you will drive program development, manage diverse teams, and foster strategic partnerships to maximize positive outcomes. Your energetic leadership will inspire staff, volunteers, and stakeholders alike, ensuring the delivery of innovative initiatives that make a real difference in people's lives. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive community programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs Lead and supervise program staff and volunteers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team Manage program budgets, oversee resource allocation, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements Cultivate partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to expand program reach and impact Coordinate public speaking engagements, outreach events, and marketing efforts to promote program awareness and engagement Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes; prepare reports for funders and leadership to demonstrate success and identify areas for improvement Oversee social media management and marketing strategies to increase visibility and community participation in programs Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, or leading community-based initiatives Strong background in public health, social work, addiction counseling or related fields; additional certifications in these areas are a plus Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively Demonstrated success in program development, project management, fundraising, and administrative oversight Skilled in data collection methods and social media management tools for outreach purposes Experience recruiting staff or volunteers; background in teaching or training is advantageous Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, innovation, and resilience in fast-paced environments Join us as a Program Director to make a meaningful impact through energetic leadership, strategic visioning, and compassionate service.
