XReplacement Job Description:
1. Attend Club, Group, Committee and Neighborhood Watch meetings to recruit for the volunteers needed for both programs. 2. Plan, prepare and conduct the CP/NW quarterly meetings. Schedule speakers. 3. Write monthly article for "The Village Courier" and the "ECourier". 4. Distribute information to CP/NW programs through the volunteers, shift captains, village communicators and team links. 5. Create programs to promote the service groups. 6. Prepare and conduct training of volunteers through handout materials and classroom training. 7. Prepare monthly deployment schedule. 8. Maintain Citizen Patrol & Neighborhood Watch databases. 9. Regularly update all records electronically.
Non-Essential Functions:
1. Other duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Average computer skills including Word and Excel. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone skills. Able to operate office equipment including computer, fax, copier and postage machine.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or equivalent. 2. Three (3) years previous office administrative experience required. 3. Able to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. 4. Able to handle a variety of projects

Compensation:
$19.00
