Sacramento, CA Job Details Full-time $22 - $26 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Conducting community outreach projects Stakeholder engagement Maintenance inventory management Student record keeping Mid-level Administrative experience Driver's License Bachelor's degree Driving CRM system proficiency Productivity software 1 year Communication skills Facilities maintenance Full Job Description As a member of the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California (GSHCC) After-School Programming team, this position is responsible for delivering high-quality Girl Scout programming aligned with leadership, STEAM, entrepreneurship, and outdoor experiences, while providing administrative and programmatic support. This role has a primary emphasis on the STEM Mobile Unit (Mobile STEM Center + MakerSpace), including driving, program delivery, and coordination of maintenance and repairs in partnership with the Facilities/Properties team to ensure safe and high-quality operations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Facilitate Girl Scouts programming in after-school settings and mobile environments. Serve as primary lead for the STEM Mobile Unit, including driving, setup, and program delivery. Coordinate with Facilities/Properties team to schedule and track maintenance and repairs for the mobile unit. Maintain program supplies, equipment, and inventory for both general after-school programming and the mobile unit. Create and maintain accurate rosters, attendance records, and compliance documentation. Support partnerships with school sites and community partners through communication and site visits. Recruit and engage families through events, outreach, and registration support. Support council-wide events and mobile program activations. Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all programs. Collaborate with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders to expand program reach. Perform other duties as assigned. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred. 1-2+ years of experience in youth programming or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Valid California driver's license and clean driving record. Ability and willingness to drive the 30 foot STEM Mobile Unit. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
