We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive impactful projects. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs aligned with key organizational priorities. Establish program structures, define milestones, and maintain visibility into risks and dependencies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and technology departments to ensure cohesive project execution. Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of processes to optimize program efficiency. Develop and execute a strategic communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Support culture initiatives that promote connection and belonging within the organization. Skills Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven track record in managing complex projects. Strong communication abilities, capable of conveying information effectively across various levels of the organization. Proficiency in risk management and financial control. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Preferred Skills Experience in finance or global risk management is preferred.
