6/30/2026 11:59 PM Pacific Job Description Summary This is a recruitment for a short-term/temporary position. This recruitment will be open until the positions are filled. Under minimal supervision, develop, market, and implement creative and engaging material for Community Programs' fee-based College for Kids program. Ensure that activities are safely and appropriately implemented for youth in an organized and professional manner.

Essential Functions & Qualifications Required:

Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of College for Kids students

Desirable:

Teaching and/or work experience in the discipline; Experience working with youth in a camp, daycare, or other educational setting. Additional Information This is a short-term/temporary position. Students currently enrolled at Cuesta College will be given priority. Applications and course proposals will be reviewed until the course schedule is set. Placement as a Classroom Facilitator I, II, or III will be based on experience in the College for Kids program and/or other comparable work experience. This assignment has no guaranteed pay or hours and will start only after hiring and course enrollment requirements are met.
