Program Manager

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of complex defense/aerospace programs, acting as a business leader with full ownership of cost, schedule, and performance. This role functions as a "mini general manager," responsible for managing programs from proposal through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead program execution from cradle to grave, including kickoff, planning, and delivery Own P&L, cost forecasting (EAC/ETC), schedules, and risk management Manage cross-functional IPT teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations Interface directly with DoD/military customers and prime contractors Lead proposal reviews, source selection, and subcontractor management Establish program baselines, track performance metrics, and drive corrective actions Ensure compliance, documentation, and successful program delivery

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Defense & Aerospace , with 5+ years in Program Management Proven experience managing LRU development programs Strong background in P&L ownership, cost control, and program financials Experience working with DoD customers and demanding prime contractors Knowledge of hardware development and complex system integration/testing Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Computer preferred) Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance PMP or MBA preferred #

GRPA Pay:

$85.00 - $90.00 per hour
