We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) to join our BHRC team. This position blends clinical excellence with brand presence, performing advanced injectable treatments while also contributing to BHRC's social media and patient education efforts. Key Responsibilities Perform injectable treatments including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, PRP, and other facial rejuvenation procedures. Conduct in-depth consultations to assess patient goals and create customized treatment plans. Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety, ethics, and compliance. Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and long-term results. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in all patient charts. Collaborate with the BHRC team to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience. Participate in social media activities such as on-camera content, educational videos, and provider features to engage followers and grow the BHRC brand. Represent BHRC with professionalism, authenticity, and enthusiasm across all platforms. Stay current with new products, techniques, and industry trends. Qualifications Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). One to two years of experience in aesthetic medicine preferred. Strong understanding of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques. Confident and personable communicator both in person and on camera. Passionate about aesthetics, beauty, and wellness. Comfortable participating in and creating social media content. Goal-driven and confident discussing treatment options, memberships, and packages. Positive, professional, and team-oriented mindset. Must maintain a professional portfolio of before-and-after photos demonstrating injection technique and results (with patient consent).
