OASIS OASIS
(Orcutt Area Seniors In Service) is a nonprofit dedicated to helping older adults stay active, connected, and engaged. We provide a wide range of programs that support wellness, independence, and meaningful community connections. We are a small, collaborative team that values flexibility, kindness, and a shared commitment to the people we serve. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-organized environment. The Coordinator supports daily operations, assists with programs, and helps ensure a positive experience for every member who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for members and visitors Provide administrative and office support, including phones and records Assist with daily program coordination and classroom setup Create flyers, invitations, and basic communications (Canva or similar) Support events and occasional fundraising activities Help maintain an organized, friendly, and efficient office environment Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative, program, or customer-facing roles Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in working with older adults Highly organized and dependable Comfortable using Microsoft Office and design tools (or willing to learn) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule & Compensation Part-time (approximately 30 hours/week) Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends $23-$25/hour depending on experience How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter sharing your interest in the role and any relevant experience.
