This position is responsible for planning, developing, and executing program operations; coordinating strategic initiatives; overseeing budgets and grant activities; supervising staff; and ensuring compliance with UCLA, state, federal, and sponsor requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with faculty, trainees, institutional leaders, and external partners to advance program goals, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced academic environment. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional with exceptional communication skills, strong project management experience, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively to support the Department's mission of excellence in research, education, and patient care.
