Full Job Description Position Description:
Are you ready to lead a dedicated team of mental health professionals while driving high-quality care for individuals served? As Program Director , you will supervise, direct, and coordinate all program activities, ensuring services meet policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. You'll play a key role in hiring, training, coaching, and supporting staff, while shaping the program's success and fostering professional growth across your team. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Supervise, mentor, and develop staff through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing evaluation of employees. Ensure proper staffing ratios, program compliance, and timely reporting. Provide oversight for admissions, discharges, and program activities. Foster collaboration across departments to achieve shared objectives and program goals.
What We're Looking For Education:
Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related field (required).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a master's-level mental health professional with skills to manage and oversee department objectives (required). At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience (required). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required).
Licenses/Certifications:
State licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, MFCC, or Clinical Psychologist) (preferred) or obtain within 6 months of employment (required if not licensed).
