About the Role We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to support field leadership as they manage multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs. Through your support of an Area Manager, you will directly impact the operations, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability of that leader's programs. This role supports the South San Francisco area primarily with some travel required to San Ramon Job Responsibilities In support of, coordination with, and at the direction of the Area Manager, you may support multiple facets of the business including, but not limited to, the following: Provide coaching, guidance, and in-the-moment feedback to Right At School program team members.
Audit, coach, and train staff to ensure compliance with all relevant Right At School, licensing, and district-specific processes, policies, and expectations.
Support the Area Manager's established plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of children during the Right At School program.
Support the recruitment and onboarding efforts for all newly hired team members
When applicable, develop strong relationships with school administration, parents, and/or PTA organizations to ensure the successful delivery of all Right At School programs and ensure customer satisfaction with the program.
Maintains team schedule and communicates changes with all relevant parties
Coordinate & execute educational marketing and district events for assigned areas as applicable.
Review and analyze electronic data such as enrollment information, timekeeping records, and file maintenance; taking prescribed actions based on the data found.
Meets and reports regularly to the Area Manager regarding program, site, and staff performance.
Maintain accurate records.
Administer light first aid when necessary.
Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Experience working with school-age children in a recreational program or child care center/education setting.
Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
