The role involves managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer relationships across multiple government contracts. Located in Torrance, California, this position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant city known for its beautiful beaches, diverse community, and proximity to the greater Los Angeles area. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of defense programs valued from $5M-$50M. Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, and program performance. Serve as the primary point of contact for government and prime contractor customers. Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance teams. Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure successful delivery. Oversee subcontractor performance and contract compliance. Support business development, capture efforts, and proposal activities. Present program status, financials, and performance metrics to executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. 10 years of experience managing defense or government programs. Experience with DoD contracts, FAR/DFARS, and Earned Value Management (EVM). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and active security clearance preferred.
