Job Description

POSITION TITLE
Associate Manager -
Pathway Home Shift:
Wednesday-Sunday; 3pm-11:30pm The Associate Manager for the Pathway Home Program will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program, which is dedicated to supporting adult individuals transitioning from homelessness to permanent housing. This role will involve staff supervision, client support, program management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure program compliance.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the implementation and management of program operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals Assist Program Manager with overseeing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements Contribute to the development of program policies, procedures, and improvements to enhance service delivery Support staff with complex cases and provide escalation assistance when needed Provide guidance and support to program staff Assist with staff training, development, and performance evaluations Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment Assist with reporting, data collection, and program evaluation Maintain accurate records of and provide regular updates to the Program Manager Participate in all internal and external meetings as required by leadership Be available to respond to emergency calls and situations as required by the contract and organization Assist with tracking inventory and program expenditures Assist Program Manager with contract compliance as required Other duties as assigned by leadership

REQUIREMENTS
This is a 24 hour/7 day a week site which will require working on weekends and holidays High school diploma required, bachelor's degree highly preferred Experience as a Case Manager or similar position in Homeless services Previous experience providing supervision to staff desired Ability to de-escalate and handle crisis situations with professionalism Strong interpersonal and communication skills Permanent U.S. residency or citizenship Ability to pass criminal clearance background check Ability to successfully pass a TB screening test Valid California state driver's license, current auto insurance, and a good driving record Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and priorities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
