USASMDC IT/IM
contract. The PM serves as the primary interface to the Contracting Officer (KO), COR, ACORs, and Government leadership across all task requirements supporting USASMDC mission operations. The PM leads integrated IT/IM operations supporting cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems administration, knowledge management, helpdesk operations, software development, VTC operations, electronic security systems, and defense travel support services. Key Responsibilities Provide overall contract management, technical oversight, staffing coordination, and execution management across all task requirements. Serve as the single point of contact for Government leadership regarding contract execution, cost, schedule, staffing, and performance. Lead cross-functional teams supporting cybersecurity, network infrastructure, systems administration, software development, and enterprise IT support operations. Ensure compliance with all PWS requirements, performance metrics, cybersecurity policies, and quality standards. Manage program budgets, staffing plans, surge support, deliverables, reporting requirements, and subcontractor coordination. Coordinate with ACORs, PTLs, and Government stakeholders supporting mission-critical IT/IM operations. Ensure personnel maintain required certifications, clearances, training, and operational readiness. Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with RMF, STIG, DoD 8140, and Army cybersecurity requirements. Support continuity of operations, emergency response activities, and mission-essential operations. Provide monthly status reports, performance reports, and executive briefings to Government leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Management, or related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale Federal IT programs. Experience supporting Department of Defense enterprise IT operations. Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional IT support environments. PMP certification or equivalent program management experience required.
Strong knowledge of:
Cybersecurity operations RMF and STIG compliance Enterprise infrastructure operations Helpdesk and IT service management Systems administration and network operations Government contract execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Clearance Requirement Active Top-Secret clearance required. SCI eligibility preferred. Preferred Qualifications Prior USASMDC, Army, Missile Defense, or Space Operations experience. Experience supporting classified environments and SCIF operations.
