Join us as a Program Manager to lead innovative web and digital projects in the healthcare insurance sector. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can drive project success and collaborate with diverse teams. Responsibilities Lead and inspire project teams to deliver top-notch digital projects on schedule and within budget. Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables while addressing risks and dependencies. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure seamless communication among teams and stakeholders. Champion the project team, providing them with the resources and support needed for success. Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future initiatives. Collaborate with client service executives to identify and scope new opportunities. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Skills 7+ years of project management experience with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for facilitating discussions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring project success. Experience with project management tools like Confluence and JIRA. Preferred Skills Experience with digital development processes and technologies, particularly in healthcare or insurance. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager and eCommerce platforms. Certifications in Scrum Master or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus. Ability to work with remote teams and manage distributed resources efficiently.
