Due to a planned internal transition, they are seeking an experienced Citation Program Manager to lead the technician and project management team responsible for their Citation line of business at a full-service hangar facility. This is a rare opportunity to step into an established, well-resourced program with a clear runway for growth, backed by an organization investing heavily in its people, facilities, and long-term market position. Full operational and financial accountability for the Citation program, including on time delivery, squawk free quality outcomes, and profitability Leadership of technicians, shift managers, and an operations coordinator, with close collaboration alongside a dedicated project management team Hiring, development, and performance management of your team, with HR as a compliance partner Manpower planning across skill levels and shifts, including proactive collaboration with other Airframe Program Managers to share resources when workload shifts Customer facing communication during operational and status meetings Review of material purchases, billing, and labor charges to protect program profitability Building a best practice, continuous improvement culture focused on people, safety, service, and speed Requirements FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience A track record of leading and developing technician teams within Part 145 repair station environment Corporate aviation background strongly preferred; direct Citation or Hawker program experience is a significant advantage A hand on, in the trench's leadership style, someone who leads by example rather than by directive alone Strong financial acumen, including comfort owning P&L, budgets, and forecasting Bachelor's degree in business, Leadership, or an Aircraft related field preferred, though not required with equivalent experience LEAN, Six Sigma, or 5S exposure is a plus Job and company information not to be copied, shared, scraped, or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent of JSfirm, LLC.
