Drug & Alcohol Program Coordinator / Collector True Safety Services Greeley, CO True Safety Services is seeking an experienced Drug & Alcohol Testing Collector and Program Coordinator to support and manage our growing DOT and Non-DOT testing program. This role is ideal for someone who understands not only specimen collection but also the administration, compliance, and management of drug and alcohol testing programs . The right candidate will be highly organized, professional, and experienced in DOT regulations and program administration. Position Overview The Drug & Alcohol Program Coordinator will be responsible for performing DOT and Non-DOT drug and alcohol collections , while also helping manage and administer testing programs for our clients. This includes maintaining compliance with federal DOT regulations, coordinating testing services, and managing program documentation. Experience with FormFox electronic custody and control forms (eCCF) is required. Key ResponsibilitiesDrug & Alcohol Testing Collections Perform DOT and Non-DOT urine drug test collections Conduct DOT breath alcohol testing Ensure all collections follow 49 CFR Part 40 procedures Maintain proper chain of custody and documentation Provide professional, compliant specimen collections Program Administration & Management Assist in managing client drug and alcohol testing programs Coordinate random testing pools and selections Maintain program compliance with DOT and company policies Track and manage testing records and documentation Assist clients with testing requirements and compliance questions Coordinate testing events, post-accident testing, and reasonable suspicion testing Maintain confidential records in accordance with DOT regulations Technology & Systems Utilize FormFox for electronic custody and control forms Manage testing records and scheduling through internal systems Communicate with laboratories, MROs, and consortium partners Required Qualifications Experience performing DOT and Non-DOT drug test collections Experience with DOT breath alcohol testing Strong understanding of 49 CFR Part 40 regulations Experience using FormFox Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Professional communication and client service skills Preferred Qualifications Certified DOT Specimen Collector Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) Experience managing drug and alcohol testing programs Experience working with construction, transportation, or oil & gas companies What We Offer Competitive compensation Opportunity to help build and grow a rapidly expanding testing program Work with a respected safety and compliance company serving Colorado industries Professional, team-oriented work environment About True Safety True Safety Services provides workplace safety training, compliance consulting, and drug and alcohol testing services for companies across Colorado.
