Wings is based in Littleton, CO, empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, independent lives. We provide Adult Day Programming, Supported Employment, and Residential Services across the Denver metro area. This role is our Program Manager. You'll lead the team that delivers our day-to-day programming, coach staff to do their best work, and make sure the people we serve get the safety, dignity, and growth they deserve. You'll own program quality, compliance, and the culture of your team. We're a small, growing team that's raising the bar on how we show up for the people we serve and for each other. ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll run the operations of one or more programs and lead the staff who deliver them. That means building schedules that keep coverage tight, coaching specialists and coaches in the field, keeping documentation and compliance current, and being the person who solves the problem when something breaks. You'll balance the needs of the individuals we serve, the staff you lead, and the agency's standards. The goal is strong programs, a strong team, and better outcomes for the people we serve. Team Leadership. Hire, train, coach, and hold accountable the specialists and coaches on your team. Program Operations. Manage schedules, coverage, and day-to-day logistics so programs run smoothly. Compliance and Quality. Keep documentation, billing accuracy, and state and Medicaid standards current and audit-ready. Client Advocacy. Stand up for the people we serve. Their safety, dignity, and growth are your responsibility. Problem Solving. Be the first call when coverage gaps, behavioral situations, or family concerns come up. Reporting. Track program performance and report to leadership on what's working and what needs attention.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

Within 30 Days Know your team, your caseload, and your program structure Complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, QMAP, Behavioral Safety) Take over scheduling and daily coverage for your program Within 60 Days Independently manage program operations and staff supervision Identify and close gaps in documentation, compliance, or coverage Build trust-based relationships with staff, individuals, and families Within 90 Days Run a fully compliant, audit-ready program Coach staff to measurable improvement in performance and documentation Deliver consistent program quality and report results to leadership

NEED TO HAVE

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent. Age
• 18+ years of age. Driving
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients. Experience
• Working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or at-risk populations. Leadership
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Tech comfortable
• Able to navigate documentation, scheduling, and billing systems. Composure
• Calm and professional during difficult or unexpected situations. Respect
• For all individuals regardless of background, identity, or ability. Background check
• Required

NICE TO HAVE

Setting. Experience in a PASA, day program, or residential setting. Compliance. Knowledge of Colorado Medicaid and HCBS waiver requirements. Background. Education, social work, psychology, or related field.

SCHEDULE

Full-time, daytime hours with flexibility depending on program needs
