The Center for Children with Special Needs 3 reviews Full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst & ABA Clinic Coordinator CCSN Behavioral Health is excited to announce the expansion of the clinical leadership team by seeking an additional ABA Clinic Coordinator to support the Glastonbury ABA clinic.Position Title:
ABA Clinic Coordinator Primary Responsibilities Providing on-the-floor and individual supervision to a dynamic team of 7-8 BCBAs on best-practice standards for clinical service delivery through an insurance-based care model. Supporting on-the-floor, in-the-moment active problem solving for all aspects of case management and daily clinic operations. Supporting the development and implementation of professional development training for clinical and behavior technician level staff. Overseeing fieldwork hours and supervision opportunities for candidates pursuing their BCBA credential. Providing direct case management of behavior analytic treatment to a small caseload of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting. Providing peer review of skill-based and functional assessments, treatment plans, and other related clinical documentation. Leading and facilitating collaboration within an interdisciplinary team, including BCBAs, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and other professionals. Ensuring a positive and supportive climate and culture, professionalism, and policies are upheld to CCSN standards of practice throughout the clinic environment. Leading and contributing productively to clinical and logistical team meetings. Collaborating directly with all other members of the ABA clinic leadership team to support quality assurance, development plans, and innovative practice. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience delivering evidence-based behavior analytic treatment to children with ASD, including a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.Preferred:
2 years of experience coordinating billing processes, obtaining authorization approvals, and ensuring compliance with insurance provider treatment standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills tailored to the unique learning profile of each team member. Commitment to leadership models emphasizing a solution-focused, team-oriented approach. Ability to adapt and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong writing skills related to treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation. Desire to collaborate as part of a larger interdisciplinary team. Experience supporting daily logistics of center-based ABA programming, including scheduling and coverage.
