Join CommuniCare as a Program Supervisor and play a vital role in supporting families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) through our SAFE Family Recovery Program . In this leadership role, you will oversee daily program operations, supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery that promotes sustained family recovery and well‑being. What You'll Do As Program Supervisor, you'll balance clinical oversight, staff leadership, and program operations , ensuring services are delivered with integrity, compassion, and accountability. Program Leadership & Operations Oversee day-to-day operations of the SAFE Family Recovery Program in the community and at CommuniCare service sites Ensure compliance with DCF regulations, contractual requirements, and program model standards Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure consistent coverage and service continuity Collaborate with leadership and Quality Assurance to establish workflows and performance benchmarks Referral, Intake & Case Management Oversight Receive, review, and assign referrals promptly and appropriately Ensure intakes, assessments, and case management services are completed within required timelines Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with agency and DCF standards Documentation, Data & Compliance Monitor documentation quality and timely submission of required reports Review and oversee data entry in the DCF Provider Information Exchange (PIE) or comparable systems Prepare for audits, QA reviews, and compliance monitoring Staff Supervision & Development Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management to program staff Conduct regular individual and group supervision sessions Support staff certification, model fidelity, and professional growth Participate in model-specific meetings with trainers to ensure successful staff development Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a primary liaison with DCF, courts, service providers, and participating families Attend court consultations, DCF meetings, and interagency collaborations Why Work at CommuniCare?

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in behavioral health field with active licensure (LCSW, LMFT or LPC) required. Minimum of three years' related experience delivering clinical and recovery support services. At least one year of experience working with culturally diverse populations. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. Must maintain an acceptable driving record and be insurable at a reasonable rate under the Organization's auto insurance plan.
