Job Description
Applied Behavior Analysis clinic seeks full-time administrative assistant to work in a busy office in Waterbury, CT. Job Hours 7:00 AM- 3:00
PM Job Responsibilities:
Support the scheduling of staff across clients and service locations. Provide follow-up e-mails and phone calls to staff regarding deadlines for trainings and documentation. Support the scheduling of Professional Development trainings. Assist with the completion of forms related to service authorization input/modification. Assist in the organization and management of forms for program operations (i.e., collecting forms and uploading to our system). Assist clinic operations including lunch coverage for staff. Ensure general management of the office, oversee supply needs, handle communications, and plan certain functions. Act as primary liaison among the company, staff and clients. Answer and return prospective client calls and update waitlist. Assist with onboarding new staff. Assist with billing and invoices as needed.Additional administrative tasks as requested:
organization, monitor supplies, assist with center pick-up and drop-off.Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher. Ability to interact professionally and warmly to Behavior Blocks staff, colleagues, clients, caregivers, and others. Must understand nature and importance of confidential calls/situations and the ability to handle with discretion. Must be able to multi-task and work independently. Excellent oral and writing skills. Bilingual in Spanish required. Excellent time-management and organization skills.
