Posted 1 day ago Top Secret/SCI Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) Unspecified No Traveling CI Polygraph Business - HR Washington, DC (On-Site/Office) Overview The Deputy Program Manager (Deputy PM) serves as the alternate point of contact for the Government and supports the Program Manager in the technical, financial, and contractual management of the program. The Deputy PM assists in managing an integrated Human Resource Management (HRM) program supporting operations, ensuring all contract requirements and performance objectives are met. This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. Responsibilities Serve as the alternate point of contact to the Government and act on behalf of the Program Manager when required. Support overall program management operations, including technical execution, staffing, financial oversight, and contractual compliance. Assist with resource planning, staffing coordination, and tasking responses to meet contract requirements. Ensure management processes, reporting mechanisms, and business systems support program performance and operational efficiency. Support oversight and performance monitoring of subcontractors and teaming partners. Assist with management of the HRM program and support expansion to additional operational locations if required. Implement industry standards and best practices to strengthen program management and contract administration. Provide regular status updates, risk identification, and performance reporting to senior government leaders and program stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. Minimum 8 years of human resources experience. Minimum 4 years of experience managing programs of similar scope and size. Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
