Who are we looking for? Based in Wilmington, DE, the Program Manager will be working within a global team of R D scientists and Applications Engineers and in coordination with Business Unit leaders, Sales and Development partners, in the MicroMax business within the MacDermid Alpha Electronic Solutions (MAES) division of Element Solutions Inc (ESI). The Program Manager leads multiple interrelated projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role is accountable for program-level performance, including execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization, and operates with a high degree of autonomy.
What will you be doing? Program Execution & Delivery Lead and manage multiple projects within a defined program structure
Ensure delivery of program objectives within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects
Establish and maintain program plans, governance, and reporting structures Strategic Alignment Translate business strategy into actionable program plans and priorities
Ensure all program initiatives align with enterprise and functional objectives
Evaluate program performance against defined business cases and success metrics
Support prioritization and resource allocation decisions Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Facilitate alignment across teams and resolve conflicts effectively
Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership

Who are You? Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
Typically 10-15+ years of relevant experience
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience in risk management, resource planning, and governance
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability
Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
