•Developmental Disabilities/Program ManagerDo you enjoy working with people with developmental disabilities? Do you have experience with supervising staff, managing residential programs, overseeing people with special needs, and experience with licensing standards?



You will add value by:


Leading and guiding residential staff in assessing individual strengths and needsBeing a part of creating a safe and positive environment for the individuals in the residenceModeling and supervising positive staff communication/written and verbalPerforming supervisory dutiesAdhering to the agency policies and procedures and state licensing requirementsThe development and implementation of individual habilitation plansRequirementsBachelors Degree in human service or related field preferredExperience/background working with individuals with behavioralsExperience working with people with disabilities in a community settingComputer skills necessaryFlexible work hoursValid drivers license with clean driving recordPhysical examSome of our positions require the ability to work with challenging behaviorsBenefits IncludeCompetitive salaryMedical benefits (minimum contribution for full family coverage)401-KLife insuranceGenerous time off benefits
