Full-time | Onsite Position Overview JL Closets, a growing custom closet and storage company based in Boca Raton, is seeking an Inventory Program Coordinator to support and improve our inventory systems, material flow, and warehouse operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurate, organized, and ready for production and installation. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and organize materials by project Pull and stage parts for daily installation schedules Perform routine inventory counts and monitor stock levels Coordinate reordering of materials to maintain proper inventory levels Conduct quality checks on incoming and stored materials Support the implementation and day-to-day use of a barcode scanning system Assist with general warehouse and light production activities as needed Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to lift and move materials up to 60 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Authorized to work in the United States Preferred (Not Required) Experience with barcode scanning systems or inventory software Experience in cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing environments Spanish language skills are a plus
