3:45 p.m. to 6 p.m., M-F Job Summary Imagine Schools is seeking a dependable and organized After Care Program Lead to support the daily operations of our school's after-care program. This role works closely with the Principal to ensure a safe, engaging, and efficient environment for students while supporting staff and communicating with families. Key Responsibilities Oversee and facilitate daily after-care program activities Maintain accurate student attendance records and ensure logs are submitted daily Support after-care staff by answering questions and providing guidance Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding program needs Help coordinate schedules and ensure smooth program operations Assist with maintaining supplies, including snacks and materials Train and onboard new after-care staff Step in to cover staff absences as needed Promote a respectful, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment Model positive behavior and support students' character development Perform additional duties as assigned by school leadership

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or GED Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Basic computer proficiency

Preferred:

At least 6 months of childcare or related experience Work Environment & Physical Requirements Active role working with children in a school setting Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours) Ability to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and 30 lbs occasionally Frequent walking, bending, and reaching required Screening Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening, including Florida Clearinghouse requirements.
