COLOR GUARD
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent First Aid training concepts, injury prevention Willingness to devote time before and after school hours Experience participating in a color guard program
Desired Qualifications:
Prior successful experience in coaching Preferred Drum Corps International (DCI) or Winter Guard International (WGI) experience Dance background CPR/First Aid certified
Performance Responsibilities:
Attend and participate in all practices, games, and competitions Supervise all color guard activities Act as advocate for color guard program in school and community Work with High School and/or Middle School to facilitate future transition from Middle School to High School Color Guard program Salary Paid in accordance with the Differentiated Pay for Additional Duty/Supplemental Salary Schedule in the Hernando County Teachers' Association (HCTA) Contract.
