We are looking for a dedicated and passionate BCaBA to join our team and provide ABA therapy in a small clinic-based setting. This role involves direct therapy, program modifications and parent coaching, empowering you to make a meaningful impact while working closely with families. Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children. Modify and adjust programs based on ongoing assessments and client progress. Collaborate with families and staff to ensure individualized treatment plans are effectively implemented. Caregivers and staff training to support implementation. Conduct re-authorization reports and assist with treatment plan updates.

Qualifications:

BCaBA certification required. Prior experience in ABA therapy, program development, and parent coaching and experience working with families is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and staff. Compensation packages are based on experience and personalized schedule and caseload. From $65,000.00 per year
