Job Description:

Lake Eustis Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a Functional Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our therapy team. This role is essential in supporting occupational and physical therapy services by maintaining equipment, assisting with resident assessments, and contributing to individualized therapy plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about enhancing resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and oversee all therapy department equipment and supplies. Recommend equipment and supply needs to therapists. Ensure efficient and safe use of equipment to optimize therapy outcomes and minimize waste. Assist in implementing occupational therapy procedures according to resident care plans. Participate in resident assessment activities. Support the development of occupational therapy plans in conjunction with resident assessments (MDS). Deliver therapy treatment aligned with residents' care plans under therapist guidance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a Rehabilitation Tech preferred. Experience in a long-term care facility preferred. Minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience preferred.
