Monitor program cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Develop and maintain project execution plans and schedules. Report program status and performance to senior management. Identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks throughout the project life cycle. Coordinate contract requirements, changes, interpretations, and completion activities. Ensure program execution complies with applicable FAA, DoD, airworthiness, and federal acquisition requirements. Review technical data, engineering designs, specifications, bills of material, supplier capabilities, manufacturing constraints, and parts availability. Develop and execute corrective action strategies when program performance issues are identified. Manage project closeout activities and verify completion of contractual obligations. Ensure required program and contract documentation is completed and properly recorded.
