Beable is currently seeking an Implementation Manager who is energized by building connections with teachers and administrators! As Implementation Manager, you will use your K12 professional development background to collaborate with district and school administrators to create, manage, and directly support the implementation of Beable across assigned districts. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success and will involve a combination of onsite training responsibilities and project management. Primary Responsibilities Strategically manage and grow district and school accounts by developing deep partnerships with administrators, teachers, and stakeholders to drive long-term adoption, impact, and measurable student literacy outcomes. Lead change management efforts within schools and districts by facilitating awareness, listening, and strategy sessions that align Beable implementation to school and district priorities, ensuring sustainable instructional shifts. Design and execute a strategic implementation plan for each account, including onboarding, ongoing support, and success milestones, by managing the full project life-cycle—defining scope, coordinating stakeholders, establishing timelines, and tracking progress—using data to continuously refine approach and maximize usage and outcomes. Plan, schedule, and deliver high-impact professional development (onsite and virtual) tailored to diverse audiences—including administrators, educators, and adult learners—to build capacity and drive effective instructional practices. Drive stakeholder engagement through targeted initiatives and events for students, families, teachers, and administrators that increase awareness, deepen usage, and support extended learning opportunities. Develop and scale a champion model by identifying, coaching, and elevating teacher and school leaders who can influence adoption, share best practices, and sustain momentum. Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making , regularly monitoring account health, usage trends, and outcomes to proactively address challenges and identify growth opportunities. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by partnering with internal teams (Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Content) to identify needs, develop resources, and ensure seamless execution aligned to account goals. Expand and deepen school partnerships by connecting with existing programs and initiatives within schools to integrate Beable into broader instructional and community ecosystems. Job Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or related field. 5+ years of K12 professional development experience that demonstrates strong facilitation and presentation skills. School and/or district level leadership experience, including coaching others to successful outcomes. Proven track record of working with a broad range of stakeholders, including district-level and/or parent focused programs. Excellent project management skills Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a "can do" attitude Ability to travel 60% of the time, including overnight stays.WHY WORK AT BEABLE?
