Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator provides facilitation, coordination and administrative support for the Center of Learning and Innovations (CFLI) team, serving a wide range of Associates and leaders. The Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator provides program scheduling, meeting planning, resources/files/learning materials maintenance and updating services. To support students and academic partners, the Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator partners with Education Specialists, and customers to create, review and revise instructional content, policies, and procedures. Additionally, The Center for Learning and Innovations Coordinator provides administrative support to all members of the CFLI leadership team.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1.
Works directly with leadership to ensure goals and objectives of the organization are met by participating in and coordinating various tasks including project support, maintaining documentation of programs, projects and teams. 2. Creates and maintains records that contain relevant information for programs including rosters, course documents, checklists, flyer information, financial data, CVs, etc, and ensures completion of records in a timely manner. 3. Collaborates with Education Development Specialist(s) in coordination of all student clinical (external and internal students) experience related needs, shadowing opportunities, and residency programs. 4. Collaborates with associates and leaders across the Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) to identify and facilitate education placement opportunities for students. 5. Assists other users with basic issues regarding Microsoft SharePoint, as well as any questions or document placement and uploading. 6. Serves as administrative support for the IDN-wide Clinical Best Practice Committee as needed by attending meetings, capturing notes, editing and uploading policies, procedures and guidelines in partnership with the Committee Chair. 7. Participates in the monitoring, review, and updating process for departmental or area policies and procedures. 8. Serves as a resource to stakeholders across the IDN regarding patient glucometer program sponsored by Health First Foundation. 9. Provides clerical support for the CFLI team including supply management, ordering, and distribution. Work ExperienceMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent.Work Experience:
Three (3) years' administrative support or healthcare experience.Licensure:

NoneSkills/Knowledge/Abilities:
o Demonstrates knowledge of Medical Terminology o Demonstrates competence in searching primary medical literature databases (OVID, MEDLINE/PubMed, Cinahl) o Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and decision-making skills. o Effective time management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize to maximize quality, value and service. o Advanced customer service experience o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and SharePoint o Interacts with customers, management staff, medical staff and fellow associates in a professional manner.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Any one of the following: o Associate's degree in a relevant field OR o Two (2) years' college level coursework in Business Administration, or Healthcare.Work Experience:
Prior healthcare experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.
- Long periods of computer time or at workstation.
- Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.
- May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.
- Communicating with others to exchange information.
- Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.
- Workspace may vary from open to confined.
- May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.
