The position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with assigned corporate partners, supporting student job placements and professional development, coordinating operational and transportation logistics, and ensuring effective communication between students, employers, families, and school leadership. The CWSP Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the mission of Cristo Rey Miami High School by helping students develop professional skills and gain meaningful workplace experience while ensuring excellent service and engagement with corporate partners. The coordinator collaborates closely with the CWSP leadership team and other departments to support operational effectiveness, student success, and program growth. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of corporate job partners to support strong communication, partnership satisfaction, and retention. Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned employers regarding student performance, scheduling, attendance, evaluations, and workplace expectations. Support the placement of student workers and assist in coordinating student job assignments and schedules. Monitor and support student workplace performance, professionalism, attendance, and compliance with program expectations. Assist students in developing workplace readiness skills, professional communication, accountability, and employability competencies. Participate in student formation and professional development initiatives, including summer training and ongoing workplace preparation activities. Support the implementation of student pre-matriculation and workplace readiness training programs. Assist with morning and afternoon student transportation coordination, check-in, deployment, and operational logistics. Collaborate with the CWSP leadership team to support operational workflows, program effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of corporate partner communications, student placements, contracts, evaluations, schedules, and program activities within institutional systems and Salesforce. Manage student timecards, employer evaluations, and related documentation processes. Support communication and coordination with students, parents, faculty, staff, and corporate partners regarding CWSP operations and expectations. Assist in coordinating recruitment events, employer engagement activities, networking opportunities, and partnership stewardship initiatives. Facilitate and support student instructional activities, workshops, training sessions, and classroom-based professional development initiatives related to workplace readiness, employability skills, professionalism, communication, and career preparation. Plan, coordinate, and deliver student's training programs, presentations, orientations, and instructional sessions connected to the Corporate Work Study Program. Provide guidance, coaching, and structured instruction to students in areas such as workplace behavior, professional communication, accountability, customer service, and organizational expectations. Collaborate with faculty members and school leadership in the implementation of workshops, seminars, and educational activities that support student professional formation and career readiness. Support compliance with Cristo Rey Network standards, institutional policies, and applicable employment, transportation, and student safety requirements. Participate in school-wide initiatives, admissions support activities, and collaborative departmental efforts. Represent Cristo Rey Miami High School professionally during interactions with corporate partners, community organizations, and external stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned consistently with the scope and level of responsibility of the position. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred in Business Administration, Education, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, customer service, relationship management, education, operations, or administrative support preferred. Experience working with students, schools, nonprofit organizations, or mission-driven environments preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred. Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
