Job Summary Coordinates all aspects of year-round intervention service delivery and acts as the liaison between the program director, supervisors, and staff. Coordinates staff training, staff deployment, and staff supervision. Oversees the participant retention and liaison activities for community services. Manages the data collected from the various service sites and assist in preparing quarterly reports. Coordinates and/or administers the operational and/or financial activities associated with the Trauma-informed Screening and Treatment (TIST) program. Coordinates the development, scheduling and implementation of new and ongoing TIST programs and services. Maintains confidential client files, client records and client paperwork. Submits appropriate billing and the completion of required forms for ongoing credentialing with insurance plans. Oversees and facilitates specific activities/tasks/assignments for the business unit/department. Performs administrative duties supporting instruction/training, including matters such as curriculum development, evaluating quality and methods of instruction, researching and recommending new programs, and/or revisions to existing programs, as necessary. Establishes and maintains academic standards and degree requirements, accreditation matters, as necessary. Assists with scheduling and space allocation, program marketing, and recruitment, as required. Coordinates all logistical matters related to project including planning, initiation, coordination, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors status of projects. Analyzes program data, develops reports, and oversees activities. Monitors accounts/expenditures and reconciles statements. Advise management on budgetary needs or discrepancies. Assists in the coordination/preparation of strategic plans in support of the program or service. Serves as liaison between program participants and the university community. Assists with analysis on quality improvement initiatives. Assures that staff are compliant with University policies and procedures. Serves as the Procard Approver for departmental transactions. Assures compliance and adherence to University credit card policies and procedures. Serves as an University card user for departmental transactions. Adheres to University credit card policies and procedures. Ensures clinicians submit accurate and complete data in timely manner. And then reports this data to the Trust via Trust Central reporting system. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of office or related experience. Desired Qualifications Experience working with minors Proficient in Microsoft excel, SPSS Ability to interact effectively with clients (children, teens, parents), other professionals who are also working with clients (e.g., teachers) and other staff.
