This role focuses on supporting and developing programs that enhance the quality of life for our clients while advocating for their needs and rights in the community. Responsibilities Design and implement community outreach programs tailored to the needs of clients living with HIV. Coordinate and facilitate workshops, support groups, and educational seminars. Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance program services and outreach. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of programs, providing strategic recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and community feedback. Manage program budgets and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Support grant writing efforts and manage reporting requirements for funding bodies. Act as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and community resources.
