Job Description

Lead end-to-end execution of complex manufacturing programs Serve as the primary customer interface while driving cross-functional alignment About Our Client Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing organization specializing in complex assemblies and high-reliability products. Job Description Responsibilities:
Own full program lifecycle including budget management, forecasting, and financial performance Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and issue resolution Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality Drive new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production activities Monitor and manage costing, inventory, and material flow Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Track and report on program performance metrics Support quoting efforts and business growth initiatives with existing customers Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards Participate in audits and support compliance requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience working in complex assembly or high-volume production settings Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and cross-functional teams Proven track record of owning program financials and operational performance Experience with ERP systems Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills Excellent communication and ability to drive accountability across teams What's on
