Job Description Responsibilities:

Own full program lifecycle including budget management, forecasting, and financial performance Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing communication and issue resolution Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality Drive new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing production activities Monitor and manage costing, inventory, and material flow Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies Track and report on program performance metrics Support quoting efforts and business growth initiatives with existing customers Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards Participate in audits and support compliance requirements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
