Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week).Competitive Compensation:
$40,000 base salary plus commission on new membership and class sales.Total Peace of Mind:
100% employer-paid BCBS Health Insurance premiums (after 90 days). Your Impact & Responsibilities As the Coordinator of Programming and Marketing, you will be the engine behind our educational offerings.You will:
Drive Growth:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure continuity of support.Master Scheduling:
Manage all aspects of private and open-enrollment classes, from venue selection to instructor prep. Be the Face of theOrg:
Welcome guests, proctor exams, and attend trade shows or conferences to represent our mission.Creative Marketing:
Collaborate with instructors to develop new program ideas and create compelling marketing materials.Operational Excellence:
Maintain training calendars, manage membership databases, and produce progress reports for leadership. Qualifications forSuccess Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in program coordination, training, or a related field.Education:
Associate's degree with relevant experience (or equivalent combination).Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the construction or safety industries is highly preferred.Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in QuickBooks , Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office.Skills:
