Four years of experience as an Exceptional Student Education teacher, (two of which may include verified ESE cluster experience), writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning, an understanding of instructional design, and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of applications of technology required. Preferred (Education/Experience) Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in designing and delivering high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff. Ability to plan and facilitate a professional learning group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.
