Job description Girls Inc. of Sarasota County is seeking a part-time Outreach Facilitator to join our Manatee County team. This person would be responsible for learning the provided curriculum, implementing lessons, and facilitate support services to students in Manatee County. This is a flexible position that operates in multiple schools across the county to offer small group sessions, offering services to girls who need support in navigating personal situations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinating and providing care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Creating and distributing educational content Communicate progress and updates with schools and Director of Programs Administration to ensure continuum of care Track data for grant reporting purposes monthly Meet weekly in person with team for information sharing and peer to peer guidance

Requirements:

Experience working with youth in a school or structured setting Effective communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task Compassionate with teamwork skills Creative and energetic Aware of the trauma-informed approach and resiliency-based solutions Transportation or access to transportation
