Vice President of Business Development & PMO Direct Reports:
IPT Leaders Lead and develop a multi-site PMO supporting three operating locations. Establish PMO governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management processes. Lead a portfolio of U.S. Navy and maritime programs through the full lifecycle. Capture customer requirements and ensure effective translation and flow-down to Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain organizations. Establish clear expectations within IPT teams and drive accountability for execution. Serve as executive point of contact for strategic customers and key programs. Drive customer intimacy, on-time delivery, and lead-time improvement initiatives. Champion continuous improvement and PMO maturity. Customer intimacy and satisfaction On-time delivery performance Lead-time reduction Program schedule performance Risk mitigation effectiveness Employee development and engagement Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field. MBA preferred. PMP preferred. 15+ years of progressive project, program, or portfolio management experience. 7+ years leading program management teams. Experience supporting U.S. Navy, maritime, defense, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products markets. 50% travel required.
