Primary Function:

Under the supervision of the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), The Regional Impact Director (RID) is responsible for overseeing daily Club operations of assigned clubs plus supporting, collaborating and integrating services of others. The primary focus is for a comprehensive, outcome-driven program and service delivery, safety, supervision of staff, facilities management, community relations, and membership administration. The RID advises and assists Club leadership in training, planning, management, budget management, safety and implementing a high-quality Club experience focusing on the organization's strategic plan and annual priority outcomes. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Oversee the implementation and delivery of day-to-day operations, programs, services, and activities that facilitate the achievement of Impact Department Goals, Milestones, and objectives.
• Oversee the identification and evaluation of opportunities to improve program effectiveness based on participation and achievement of stated goals; recommend to the CIO and VP of Impact & Programs modifications to improve program and site performance, as appropriate.
• Assist the CIO with a growth strategy for registered members, average daily attendance and overall, Teen membership.
• Working with the Chief Administrative & Financial Officer (CAFO) and CIO in budget development, monitors and reports on variances.

of Impact and Resource Development to ensure grant-funded programs are executed on time and program outcomes are being met in advance of deadlines.

• Works closely with Resource Development Teams to include Events, Grants and Marketing to identify, pursue, and obtain new funding opportunities from government, foundation, corporations, partners and individuals.
• Manage performance of assigned staff in achieving goals, work with Training & Safety Audit Director in providing technical assistance and training.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with other youth serving organizations, members, parents, families, schools and community-based organizations.
• Support and lead efforts with Advisory Boards, as assigned by the CIO and in collaboration with RD, Special Events, and Marketing & Communication Department.
• Assist with special events, projects, and activities internally and externally as needed.
• Ensures activities are held to a high standard to maintain positive public relations for club programs, services, and activities while promoting and stimulating membership within the Club. Work with VP of Business Development & Marketing to coordinate corporate cause partnerships, volunteer activities and all publicity for programs and services within the Club and the community.
• Assist with the implementation of strategic planning processes for overall Club sites and programs, including the development of our annual club projects and needs assessment.

Maintains close, daily contact with Club staff to interpret and explain organizational mission, program objectives and standards, discuss and manage issues, and provide/receive feedback.

External:

Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents, and others to assist in promoting opportunities and resolving challenges.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Bachelor's degree required or Six (6) + years of professional experience in Youth Development, Education, or related field.
• A minimum of four years of direct youth services. service experience and a demonstrable record of planning and implementing youth programs. Previous experience working with at-risk youth is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively plan, coordinate, and evaluate quality youth programs directly and through collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments/organizations to deliver high-quality programs and activities to club members, families, and community.
• Demonstrated ability to orient, train, and recognize staff and volunteers.
• Demonstrated capacity to leverage and scale outside resources when necessary.
• The ability to effectively communicate, verbally and electronically, in presentations to any audience.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint).
• Strong administrative skills/experience required.
• Certificate of first aid and CPR.
• Valid Florida driver's license - must be able to meet insurance requirements.
• safe driving record preferred. (Will be required to obtain Sprinter license within 3 months to drive on a regular basis).
• Ability to distinguish when time to provide progressive discipline and time to counsel members (good judgment).
• Skills for planning and initiating activities based on age appropriate and youth developmental needs.

Pay:

$85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
