Job DescriptionThe mission of Nagarro Client Growth Partner (CGP) is to strengthen and expand Nagarro's strategic relationships with existing customers by providing high-value trusted advice on digital transformations to c-suite executives within each client organization.
A strong CGP will be equally adept at engaging technology and business stakeholders, bringing insights on opportunities to accelerate productivity, growth, and resilience via technology-driven innovation and optimization.
Account Growth & FarmingOwn and expand relationships with strategic client accounts.
Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within existing portfolios.
CXO EngagementAct as a trusted advisor, leading strategic discussions with senior executives to align technology investments with business goals.
Value CreationDrive conversations around productivity improvements, operational efficiency, and cost optimization, leveraging digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Customer RelationsStay close to the client's business priorities, challenges, and transformation journey to proactively propose relevant solutions.
Opportunity ManagementCollaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape proposals, craft value propositions, and position differentiated offerings.
AI AdvocacyConfidently use AI/GenAI terminology to articulate how modern solutions can transform customer business outcomes.
Client PresenceMaintain a regular onsite presence at client location (minimum twice a week) to foster deeper engagement and relationship-building.
Collaboration & LeadershipPartner with internal practice, delivery, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful execution.
Qualifications15 + years of experience in account management or similar roles in an IT consulting environmentEstablished record of success in account farming, client relationship management, business development, consulting, and proactive client engagement, with a solid understanding of P&L ownership and financial management for accounts.
Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders and drive business conversations beyond technology.
Strong understanding of digital transformation trends, with the ability to frame AI/GenAI and cloud-native solutions in a business context.
Hands-on experience in driving productivity, efficiency, and optimization programs for clients.
Skilled in market research, account segmentation, and identifying proactive growth opportunities within client portfolios.
Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction (at least once a week) to strengthen relationships working closely with stakeholders on the ground.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and storytelling skills.
Technical experience/background is a plus, but the ability to bridge business and technology is essential.
