- Will create and maintain a mentor program
- Provides life skills groups.
- Will organize and facilitate monthly socialization outings.
- Will assist participants in making meaningful community connections.
- Will assist with job/employment searches.
- Will assist in the development of organizational skills to ensure compliance with the program requirements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Peer Specialist in the state of Georgia. OR
- Must be a Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist (CARES) in the state of Georgia Must have valid Georgia driver's license and have a clean driving record.
