We are more than a manufacturer of specialized textile products. We are an engineering company dedicated to working with our customers. We believe in establishing long-term relationships based on providing purpose-built solutions. We are seeking a Program Coordinator . The successful candidate will provide support and bridge the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner. Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist the Sales Team with customer follow-up and inquiries, ensuring timely, uninterrupted service and that all customer requirements are met.
  • Provide internal backup to Sales through the provision of data and responses to departmental inquiries.
  • Ensure documentation records are maintained for all customers.
  • Ensure continuous communication of customer information to all internal departments.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Aligning program activities with the organization's goals and mission statements.
  • Prepare informative progress reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary Education in a business-related field of study.
  • Excellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)
  • Ability to: o Manage multiple programs at any given time. o Work under pressure with minimal supervision. o Communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing. o Maintain accurate and detailed documentation. o Work independently and as part of a larger team. o Take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
