Support the day-to-day management of contract operations, staffing, and overall contract performance.
Assist in managing Preventive Maintenance (PM), Operational Work Orders (OWOs), and Direct Maintenance Orders (DMOs) utilizing GFEBS .Coordinate with installation Lead Supervisors and functional area managers to ensure contract requirements are met.
Support Government meetings, reporting requirements, and communications with the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).Help ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives. Required Qualifications Required Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Engineering , or a related field.
Minimum three (3) years of operations management experience supporting:
Human ResourcesFinancial ResourcesFacility Repair & MaintenanceContract ManagementExecutive Reporting and Presentations Minimum one (1) year of experience serving as a Deputy or Alternate Program Manager on an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract valued at more than $10 million annually . Additional Requirements Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Must be a legal U.S. resident.

Alternate Program Manager•Base Operations & Maintenance•Position available upon successful award of contract Fort Stewart & Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia | Full-Time Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) Support Mission Success. Lead with Confidence. Choctaw Defense Services (CDS) is seeking an experienced Alternate Program Manager to support the execution of a Base Operations & Maintenance (BOM) contract at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF) . In this key leadership role, you will assist with the day-to-day management of contract operations while serving as the designated alternate to the Program Manager. When the Program Manager is unavailable, you will assume full responsibility for contract oversight and serve as the primary point of contact with the U.S. Government. If you have experience managing large-scale Operations & Maintenance contracts and are ready to help lead a high-performing team supporting the U.S. Army, we encourage you to apply.
