Program Management EB Kings Bay Trident Site Overview This position is in Kings Bay GA. Additional Positions supporting Maintenance & Modernization Sites in Bremerton WA, Honolulu HI and Kittery ME are also available. The Program Representative will provide direct support to the Site AIT Lead(s) for ensuring accomplishment of established Maintenance and Modernization Program goals. The program Rep may be assigned as the Alteration Installation Team (AIT) Lead per NAVSEA TS9090-310 and be responsible for the overall planning and execution of smaller projects. Alteration planning responsibilities may include; MOA development and routing to include the services request, schedule and metrics development, Readiness Review creation and execution, and Manning plan. Duties required during the execution of Alteration may include; maintaining schedule progress, developing and maintaining project metrics, developing/leading a Project Status Report meeting, attending LMA meetings, communication with govt On-Site Installation Coordinator (OSIC), and various other duties in support of the AIT Lead, Operations Lead, Program Manager and Site Manager. Employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, to include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Shift work and emergency overtime may be required. Travel to other U.S. Navy facilities in the continental Unites States, Hawaii and the far East is required. The candidate is comfortable with change and able to adapt to the changing environment. Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance or higher. The candidate must possess strong analytical, causal analysis, communication, organizational, planning, and writing skills under minimal supervision. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasking.

Associates degree or higher 1+ years of experience working with EB M&M Sites (This experience must be listed on your resume)
Desired:
Experience working in Naval Shipyard and/or Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) environment Project Management experience in a shipyard environment EB experience
