Position Summary The PM, Survivor Services (Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence & Stalking) is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of TWOC Healing Project's Addressing Sexual Assault Program within the Healing On Purpose Wellness Space (HOPWS). This position leads culturally responsive, trauma-informed programming by building strategic partnerships, expanding community collaborations, and increasing access to prevention, advocacy, healing-centered services, and survivor support. The Program Manager serves as the organization's subject matter expert on sexual violence prevention and survivor advocacy, ensuring programs are evidence-informed, culturally responsive, and community-driven. While services intentionally prioritize Black transgender women, Black cisgender women, transgender and gender nonconforming (TGNC) people of color, femmes, individuals living with or at risk for HIV, and rural communities experiencing barriers to care, TWOC Healing Project is committed to providing welcoming, affirming, and accessible services to all individuals seeking support. This is a part-time position (up to 24 hours per week) with the expectation that hours and responsibilities will increase as funding and organizational growth permit. This position applies to both 1133 and 1131 sites unless otherwise identified. Core Areas of Responsibility 1. Program Development & Management The Program Manager develops, implements, and evaluates survivor-centered programming that advances TWOC Healing Project's mission and strategic priorities. Responsibilities Develop and implement culturally responsive programming addressing sexual assault prevention, intervention, education, and healing. Design and coordinate survivor-centered initiatives, including Healing Circles & workshops, and educational programming. Identify community needs and develop responsive, evidence-informed services that address barriers to care. Develop annual work plans, program goals, implementation timelines, and performance objectives. Coordinate trainings, workshops, prevention activities, and community healing events. Ensure all programming reflects trauma-informed, survivor-centered, healing-centered, and culturally responsive practices. 2. Partnership Development & Community Collaboration The Program Manager cultivates partnerships that strengthen survivor services and improve access to comprehensive care. Responsibilities Develop and maintain partnerships with (including but not limited to) rape crisis centers, victim service organizations, healthcare providers, behavioral health agencies, legal advocacy organizations, public health departments, educational institutions, and community-based organizations. Establish referral pathways that improve access to advocacy, counseling, housing, healthcare, legal services, and supportive resources. Represent TWOC Healing Project within local, regional, and statewide coalitions, multidisciplinary teams, and collaborative initiatives. Identify opportunities for collaborative programming and shared funding initiatives. Serve as the primary organizational liaison for sexual assault prevention and survivor support partnerships. 3. Outreach, Education & Community Engagement The Program Manager develops outreach strategies that increase awareness, reduce stigma, and improve access to survivor services. Responsibilities Coordinate community outreach and awareness campaigns related to sexual assault prevention and survivor support. Conduct presentations, trainings, and educational workshops on consent, healthy relationships, bystander intervention, trauma, and healing. Participate in community events, awareness campaigns, health fairs, and prevention initiatives. Increase visibility of culturally specific services available to Black women, TGNC communities, and other underserved populations. Promote equitable access to prevention, advocacy, healing, and supportive services. 4. Compliance, Reporting & Program Evaluation The Program Manager ensures programs meet organizational and funding requirements while utilizing data to strengthen services. Responsibilities Maintain accurate program documentation, participant records, and service data. Monitor program performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare monthly reports and assist with grant reporting requirements. Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate effectiveness and community impact. Develop participant feedback mechanisms that inform program improvements. Utilize evaluation findings to strengthen program quality and responsiveness. 5. Organizational Leadership & Strategic Growth The Program Manager contributes to the organization's long-term growth by expanding survivor services and strengthening organizational capacity. Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to support strategic planning and program expansion. Identify funding opportunities related to sexual assault prevention, victim services, violence prevention, and community wellness. Assist with grant development by providing programmatic expertise and supporting proposal development. Collaborate with communications staff to promote survivor services, prevention initiatives, and community education. Participate in staff meetings, organizational trainings, and strategic planning activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge & Skills Demonstrated knowledge of sexual assault prevention, survivor advocacy, trauma-informed care, and healing-centered engagement. Experience developing and managing community-based violence prevention or survivor support programs. Knowledge of the unique barriers experienced by Black women, Black transgender women, TGNC people of color, femmes, individuals living with or at risk for HIV, and rural communities. Experience building collaborative partnerships with victim service providers, healthcare organizations, public health agencies, and community-based organizations. Strong understanding of culturally specific, survivor-centered, and equity-focused service delivery. Excellent communication, facilitation, project management, and relationship-building skills. Experience with grant-funded programming, data collection, reporting, and program evaluation preferred. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Behavioral Health, Women's Studies, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered. Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in sexual assault prevention, victim advocacy, violence prevention, behavioral health, public health, or community-based programming. Demonstrated experience developing partnerships and leading collaborative community initiatives. Experience with program planning, implementation, evaluation, and grant-funded initiatives preferred.
